New Name Reflects Long-Term Vision of Supporting Online Business Growth
ILD Telecommunications, Inc., a leading source in online back-office support for digital media, e-commerce and communications companies, today announced that the Company’s shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to ILD Corp. to better reflect its new vision and focus.
"The new corporate name more accurately reflects ILD’s evolution and long-term business model, which provides the strategic tools and resources needed to take online businesses to the next level of success,” said ILD Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mike Lewis. “This name change better signifies our emerging business model, which gives organizations a complete back-office experience across the full spectrum of business operations from ecommerce to collaboration to customer service,” continued Lewis.

Founded in 1996 and originally focused on telecommunications services, ILD has since grown into the parent company of a diverse collection of affiliated back-office support companies.
Current ILD companies, including ILD Teleservices and Intellicall Operator Services (IOS), and ILD’s conferencing brand RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions, will continue to operate as usual under the ILD Corp. umbrella. The individual companies will not change their names, nor will their services be interrupted.
