New Name Reflects Long-Term Vision of Supporting Online Business Growth

ILD Telecommunications, Inc., a leading source in online back-office support for digital media, e-commerce and communications companies, today announced that the Company’s shareholders and board of directors approved a name change to ILD Corp. to better reflect its new vision and focus.

Founded in 1996 and originally focused on telecommunications services, ILD has since grown into the parent company of a diverse collection of affiliated back-office support companies.

Current ILD companies, including ILD Teleservices and Intellicall Operator Services (IOS), and ILD’s conferencing brand RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions, will continue to operate as usual under the ILD Corp. umbrella. The individual companies will not change their names, nor will their services be interrupted.
